CHICAGO — The Minnesota Vikings announced the following players will be inactive for their Week 6 road game at the Chicago Bears:
Safety Lewis Cine
Tight end Nick Muse
Outside linebacker Andre Carter II
Tackle Hakeem Adeniji
Defensive lineman Jaquelin Roy
Cine, Muse and Adeniji were inactive in Week 5, as well.
Carter played against the Chargers and at Carolina but was inactive in Weeks 1, 2 and 5.
Roy was inactive in Weeks 1-2 before making his NFL debut in Week 3. He recorded three tackles at Carolina in Week 4, playing a season-high 17 snaps on defense.
Rookie Jaren Hall will be Minnesota's backup QB behind Kirk Cousins for the second consecutive week after the Vikings placed Nick Mullens on Injured Reserve.
