The list of players is similar to Minnesota's inactives for Week 8, but there are a couple of differences.
Guard Dalton Risner was activated from Injured Reserve on Saturday, so Feeney, who has only played on special teams so far, is inactive for the first time in 2024.
Undrafted rookie Levi Drake Rodgriguez will be active for the first time, a day after Minnesota placed fellow first-year defensive lineman Taki Taimani on Injured Reserve.
Rypien is again Minnesota's emergency quarterback and is eligible to play if the Vikings suffer injuries to starter Sam Darnold and backup Nick Mullens.
Evans (hip) and Cashman (toe) are out for the third consecutive game.
McGlothern and Rouse are inactive for the eighth consecutive game.
