MINNEAPOLIS — The Minnesota Vikings announced the following players will be inactive for their Week 3 home game against the Los Angeles Chargers:
Outside linebacker Marcus Davenport
Quarterback Jaren Hall (third quarterback)
Running back Cam Akers
Tight end Nick Muse
Center Garrett Bradbury
Defensive lineman Khyiris Tonga
Davenport is working through an ankle injury that's limited him to four game snaps this season.
Akers arrived this week through a trade with the Los Angeles Rams.
Bradbury suffered a back injury that has sidelined him since early in Minnesota's season opener.
This also means that undrafted rookie outside linebacker Andre Carter II and defensive lineman Jaquelin Roy, a fifth-round pick, are active for the first time.
Chargers Inactives
Los Angeles announced the following players will be inactive:
Linebacker Eric Kendricks
Cornerback J.C. Jackson
Running back Austin Ekeler

Kendricks was unable to recover from a hamstring injury in time to face the team he played for from 2015-22.
