Marcellus Johnson

Marcellus Johnson signs to the Vikings practice squad for his second stint with the team this season. In addition to the Vikings, he also spent time on the New York Giants practice squad during the regular season on two separate occasions in 2024. Johnson, who was first signed by the Giants as an undrafted free agent following the 2024 NFL Draft, appeared in each of the team's three preseason contests in 2024. Johnson spent five seasons at Eastern Michigan (2018-22) before transferring to Missouri as a graduate student for his final collegiate season (2023). A native of Normal, Ill., Johnson played in 54 games as a student-athlete with the Eagles (44 games) and Tigers (10).
