How do I access my season ticket invoice or make payment?

What are my benefits as a Vikings Season Ticket Member?

How do I enter the contest for renewing my season tickets?

Minnesota Vikings Season Ticket Members who pay in full by Friday, March 1, 2024 are eligible to enter to win one of two grand prizes consisting of a trip for two (2) to the 2024 NFL Draft in Detroit or a trip for two (2) to the 2024 Vikings home game in London. Additional prizes include signed John Randle footballs and signed current player cards!

I’ve paid my invoice in full. When can I manage my Season Tickets?

Thank you for renewing! All accounts paid in full will be able to manage their tickets when the schedule is released in May.

What is the STM Hub?

The STM Hub launched during the 2023 season as a new feature exclusively for our most loyal fans. The STM Hub is used to view past and upcoming Season Ticket Member experiences, benefits, and provide exclusive access to Vikings news and events throughout the year. You can view the STM Hub in the Vikings app by logging in to your My Vikings Account in the app and navigating to the homepage.

Where can I view the schedule?

The complete 2024 NFL Schedule with game dates/times is anticipated to be released in May. To see opponents, follow the link HERE

How do I relocate my seats?

There is not a formal seat relocation process due to the Stadium Builders Licenses (SBLs). If you have questions, please contact the Vikings Ticket Office.

How do I add seats to my account?

Please contact the Vikings Ticket Office and we can assist you. You can also check out the Official Stadium Builders License Marketplace of U.S. Bank Stadium. Click HERE to learn more.

How do I sell or transfer my Stadium Builders License?

Check out the Official Stadium Builders License Marketplace of U.S. Bank Stadium. Click HERE to learn more. Please note, you may not sell your SBL(s) without payment on the season tickets after the initial invoice deadline of Friday, March 1, 2024.

Where can I locate a SBL pricing map?

Please follow the link HERE to see the pricing for SBLs, the same pricing as was initially set for the stadium.

Can I set up my account for auto renewal?

Yes, during the steps for making your payment for your season tickets online you will be prompted to answer a question to have your credit card signed up to automatically be charged in 2024. You can also sign up by contacting the Vikings Ticket Office.

I signed up for auto renewal last year, what now?

We will automatically run your card for the full balance on the first payment deadline. You also will be automatically signed up for Pay As We Play for the playoffs. We will email you a notification to sign up again for this process for the 2025 season in the coming weeks.

When is my payment due?

The first payment installment is due Friday, March 1, 2024. If you choose to renew in two installments, the second and final installment will be due Friday, April 5. To view your 2024 Invoice, please log in to your My Vikings Account HERE

I left my money on the account as an account credit during the 2023 season, where did it go?

It has been applied to your 2024 Season Ticket Invoice. To view your 2024 Invoice, please log in to your My Vikings Account HERE

Are Vikings tickets all digital in 2024?

Yes, Vikings tickets and U.S. Bank Stadium entry are all digital. Barcodes must be viewed on a mobile device. Please see HERE how to use digital ticketing.

I’m a Vikings Season Ticket Member who owns four club seats which includes a parking pass. When can I expect the pass to be available on my account?

One parking pass will be available on season ticket accounts for every four (4) club seats purchased in Delta Sky360 Club, Little 6 Casino's Club Gold, Lumen Lodge, Medtronic Club, Mystic Lake's Club Purple, Polaris Club, Sukup Club, and Truss Bar. You will be able to see your parking pass on your account in July.

What’s a 10-Game Package?

10-game packages do not require the purchase of a Stadium Builder's License and are located only in the 300 level of U.S. Bank Stadium. Packages may not be guaranteed for year-to-year renewal, and if the Vikings are a Super Bowl participant, 10-game package purchasers are not eligible for inclusion in the participating team ticket random drawing. Even though the Vikings are hosting nine (9) home games this season we still call these 10-Game packages like we have since the inception of U.S. Bank Stadium.

How are my Season Tickets impacted by the International game in London?

Your season ticket pricing reflects the eight (8) regular season games and one (1) preseason game hosted at U.S. Bank Stadium during the 2024 season. The NFL's resolution to expand the regular season to 17 games included a requirement that all teams host designated international games on a rotating basis. The host teams for those international games will be selected from the AFC or NFC conference eligible to have a ninth regular season home game to ensure all 32 teams will host at least eight (8) regular season games in their home stadiums every year.

How do I purchase tickets for the International game in London?

We encourage all STM's to sign up for tickets through the Registry of Interest form that can be found at **nfl.com/london**. If we are unable to satisfy your request through the STM pre-sale, you may have an additional opportunity to purchase through the public on sale. As a Season Ticket Member, am I given access to tickets to the game in London?

We anticipate being able to offer a ticket presale opportunity specific to Season Ticket Members post 2024 schedule release. It is likely available ticket quantities will be limited but will ensure that Season Ticket Members have an opportunity to purchase tickets before the public. Since international games are operated by the NFL, we cannot guarantee tickets to all Season Ticket Members. On Location offers packages that include travel, lodging accommodations and game tickets. With new tax laws, what do I need to know about reselling my tickets?

The IRS may require Ticketmaster to report the amounts you receive for selling and reselling your tickets. Ticketmaster is generally required to file a Form 1099-K report with the IRS if the gross amount of your transactions on our marketplaces is $600 or more in a calendar year. To receive payment on sales you will need to fill out the form when received. Ticketmaster will generally provide you a copy of the Form 1099-K by January 31 of the following year. How to Access and Pay Your Invoice

Step 1: Log in to My Vikings Account with your email and password.

Step 2: Click on Pay Invoice button on the main page or the Invoices tab in the upper menu.

Step 3: Review your seat location and the invoice summary, then select the continue

Step 4: Choose your Payment Option. Select Pay in Full from the dropdown menu. If you wish to pay half now, click Payment Plan. The second installment will be automatically withdrawn on the second payment deadline.

You also can select either plan above with Playoff Sign Up. This is a benefit to you as a Vikings Season Ticket Member to reserve your seat location for any playoff game(s) we host at U.S. Bank Stadium. By signing up today you will secure the Wild Card Game (if hosted) at the average price of your ticket based on a 9 game season (your total per seat season ticket price divided by 9). There is no payment for playoff tickets due at this time, your card will be automatically charged once we are assured of a home playoff game. Divisional and NFC Championship game prices will be released at a later date.

Step 5: Review or select your payment method. You can select Edit/Add to make changes or add a new Credit or Debit Card. Enter your CVV to confirm the card.

Step 6: Select the check box to accept the terms & conditions and click the "Pay Now" button which should become highlighted in purple once all above steps are complete.
