• Played four seasons (2021-24) at UNC, appearing in 44 games and recording 107 receptions for 1,510 yards and a TE program-record 13 touchdowns.
• In 2024, played in seven games, logging 264 yards and three touchdowns on 24 receptions, missing time with a fractured wrist.
• Played in 12 games with two starts in 2023, registering career highs in receptions (41), receiving yards (585) and touchdown receptions (five). His 585 receiving yards were the most by a TE in the ACC.

• Ranked as the nation's 17th-best tight end and the No. 15 player in the state according to Rivals.
• Tabbed as the nation's No. 10 tight end and the No. 30 player in the state according to ESPN.
• An SI All-America candidate prior to his senior season.
• Tallied more than 500 yards and four touchdowns as a junior.
• Earned third-team All-Observer honors.
• Started playing football in the summer prior to his junior season.
• Also played basketball for two years as a prep.

OFF THE FIELD

• Father, Jamar, was a three-time All-SEC OL at South Carolina and played 11 seasons in the NFL, winning Super Bowl XLIV with the New Orleans Saints.
• Mom, Tara, played soccer at South Carolina.
• Younger brother, Michael Nesbit, plays WR at Brown University.
• Parents didn't allow him to play tackle football until his junior year of high school. The compromise was 7-on-7 or backyard football.
