EAGAN, Minn. — The Vikings have released Friday's injury report as the team gets set to take on the Arizona Cardinals at U.S. Bank Stadium on Sunday.
Vikings Head Coach Mike Zimmer said in his press conference on Friday that tackle Riley Reiff (foot) will not play on Sunday. Zimmer said he is not concerned it would not be a long-term situation. Reiff did not participate in practice all week.
Reiff started at left tackle in the victory against the Eagles on Sunday, but exited the game early in the second quarter. Starting right tackle Rashod Hill moved over to left tackle in Reiff's absence, and rookie tackle Brian O'Neill filled in on the right side for the remainder of the game. O'Neill (elbow) was listed as a full participant in practice this week and is expected to play.
Vikings running back Dalvin Cook (hamstring) practiced in full on Thursday for the first time this week after being listed as a limited participant on Wednesday. He returned on Friday as a limited participant. Cook is listed as questionable after not playing in last week's game against the Eagles.
Defensive end Tashawn Bower (ankle) and safety Andrew Sendejo (groin) did not participate in practice this week. Both players have been ruled out for Sunday.
After clearing the NFL's concussion protocol, cornerback Trae Waynes (concussion) told the media on Wednesday that he would be ready to go for Sunday's game. Waynes sat out of the game against the Eagles after suffering the injury during Week 4 on Thursday Night Football against the Rams.
Waynes practiced as a full participant all week and is expected to play.
Defensive end Everson Griffen (not injury related) did not practice this week and is listed as out as he continues to work through a personal matter.
Zimmer said on Friday "right now the Vikings are only concerned about Everson's well-being and when he's back, he's back."
Defensive tackle Tom Johnson (ankle), nose tackle Linval Joseph (shoulder), long snapper Kevin McDermott (finger) and cornerback Marcus Sherels (ribs) all practiced as full participants in practice this week and are expected to play.
The Arizona Cardinals have released the team's injury report for Friday.
Running back Chase Edmunds (back), defensive end Markus Golden (knee), offensive lineman D.J. Humphries (knee), offensive lineman Mike Iupati (shoulder) defensive lineman Robert Nkemdiche (foot) and offensive lineman Andre Smith (hamstring) were all listed as questionable for Sunday's game.
All six players were listed as limited participants in the Cardinals practice on Friday.
