EAGAN, Minn. — Defensive tackle Michael Pierce (elbow) and defensive end Patrick Jones II (knee) were ruled out by the Vikings Friday ahead of hosting the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday Night Football in Week 8.
Pierce has been rehabbing since Week 4 when he tried to play through the injury against Cleveland. Jones was not at Friday's practice.
Minnesota (3-3) listed receiver/punt returner Dede Westbrook (ankle) as questionable.
