Earned his bachelor's degree in administration of justice and is pursuing a second major in social sciences.
Born in Yokosuka, Japan. After several relocations to bases in Jacksonville and Naples, Italy, the Jones family moved back to Japan, where they stayed until December 2012.
During his international travels with his family, he climbed Mount Vesuvius, skied in the German Alps and skated at an Olympic rink in Munich.
Discovered football in Japan where Jones also played baseball, basketball and wrestled.
