Shane Normandeau joins the Vikings in 2024 as a pro scout after spending four years with the Cleveland Browns in scouting and football operations roles, most recently serving two seasons as football operations coordinator (2022-23). During his tenure with the Browns, Normandeau worked alongside coaches and scouts, helping lead the team's USFL, XFL, UFL and international scouting efforts in addition to contributing to roster management and college evaluation.

Normandeau received his bachelor's degree in history from Colby College in 2019 while playing on the offensive line for the Mules, starting 26 consecutive games from 2016-18. Following graduation, Normandeau returned to the team as running backs coach for the following season.
