One of their most noteworthy projects is Carnegie Center in Princeton, N.J., a 560-acre mixed-use development. Landis has been responsible for acquiring and favorably repositioning over 8-million square feet of real estate, and as a principal, he has directed acquisitions, leasing, asset management, property management, construction and development.

He was a recipient of the Easter Seals award for Continuous Commitment. In addition, Scott also received The King Award from The Parkinson Alliance.

Landis and his wife, Amy, reside in New York City with their four children, Matthew, Chloe, Charlotte and Annabelle.
