DeLuca joins the Vikings for his second season with the club in 2024 and first as Director of Pro Personnel. In his role, DeLuca will oversee all aspects of the Vikings pro scouting efforts and assist the scouting operation overall.

In 2022, DeLuca served his first season as the Brown's assistant director of pro scouting, following six seasons as a pro scout. He served as a pro scouting assistant prior to that.

Before joining the Browns, DeLuca graduated from Arizona State in 2013 with a degree in business management and legal studies. DeLuca, who is a Philadelphia native, previously worked as a pro personnel intern with the Philadelphia Eagles in the summers of 2011 and 2012. Prior to interning in the Philadelphia personnel department, he worked as an equipment assistant for the Eagles from 2006-10.
