Salli Clavelle is in her second season with the Minnesota Vikings as a pro scout in 2024. Prior to joining the Vikings, Clavelle spent five seasons with the San Francisco 49ers, most recently serving as a college area scout of the Southwest region.

She originally joined the 49ers as a scouting assistant in 2018 before moving into a pro personnel analyst role in 2019. As a pro personnel analyst, Clavelle evaluated NFL talent to prepare for acquisitions through free agency, trades and the daily waiver wire. During the season, she scouted opponents to assist the coaching staff in preparation for upcoming games.

During her time with the 49ers, she worked alongside both Minnesota Vikings General Manager Kwesi Adofo-Mensah and Vice President of Football Operations Demitrius Washington. Clavelle also has collegiate experience in her hometown of New Orleans, La., at Tulane, where she worked as the director of on-campus recruiting for football.

Clavelle received her undergraduate degree and master's in sport management from Sam Houston State. During her time in college, she was a student-athlete and a member of the Southland Conference Championship women's basketball team in 2012-13. She also worked as a student-assistant coach for women's basketball where she supported the coaching staff and players through game analysis and strategy.
