The 2022 season will mark Halle Wilf Oshinsky's 18th as a member of the Minnesota Vikings ownership group.

Wilf has several leadership roles at the family-owned Garden Homes Development, a nationwide leader in retail, commercial and private residential development based in New Jersey and New York. She played a key role in the family's acquisition of the Orlando City SC and Orlando Pride soccer teams in 2021 and continues to serve in a management capacity for the clubs. Wilf is also active in the ownership, development, and management of MV Ventures, as well as a partner in WISE Ventures.

Wilf previously worked at the National Football League from 2017 to 2021, primarily on the Media Strategy and Business Development team as a Senior Analyst, where she earned Front Office Sports' Rising 25 honors in 2020.

Wilf graduated Magna Cum Laude from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with degrees in Finance and Legal Studies and a minor in Art History. She has remained an active alumni interviewer for the school and serves as a class board member. Wilf is actively engaged in charitable causes and initiatives as a trustee for the Wilf Family Foundations, as well as a board member of the Minnesota Vikings Foundation, the American Society for Yad Vashem and Facing History and Ourselves.
