Blaine Gramer begins his 11th season with the Minnesota Vikings in 2024 and his 10th season in the team's personnel department. It marks his fourth season covering the Southwest region as a college area scout.
He previously covered the Northeast region during the 2018-20 seasons after working as the club's BLESTO scout in 2017, where he focused on finding NFL-level talent and creating early-stage evaluations on college players in the Central Plains region.
Gramer served as a personnel intern for the Vikings in the 2015 and 2016 seasons, after beginning his career as an intern in the operations department in 2013. While in operations he assisted in the setup of training camp, team logistics, transportation and other day-to-day operations.
A 2014 graduate of the University of Minnesota, Gramer earned his bachelor's degree in finance while working as a student equipment manager for Gopher Football. A Minnesota native, Gramer grew up in Moorhead and attended Moorhead High School. He and his wife, Kelly, reside St. Louis Park with their daughter, Camdyn and son, Macklin.
