Jordan Traylor

Assistant Offensive Coordinator/Assistant Quarterbacks

Biography

The Minnesota Vikings named Jordan Traylor assistant offensive coordinator/assistant quarterbacks coach on March 18, 2025. Traylor, who spent the past two seasons (2023-24) with the New Orleans Saints as an offensive assistant, brings seven years of coaching experience spanning the collegiate and professional ranks to Head Coach Kevin O'Connell's staff.

During the 2024 season, Traylor primarily worked with the team's quarterbacks. He helped QB Derek Carr finish in the top 10 in the NFL in both completion percentage (67.7%) and passer rating (101.0), despite missing seven games due to injuries. Traylor also assisted in the development of rookie QB Spencer Rattler and second-year QB Jake Haener in 2024. Rattler started six of the seven games he played in Carr's absence, while Haener saw action in eight matchups, starting one.
