Nick Bensch is a designer and artist living and working in Minneapolis. He was born in 1983 in Toledo, OH. His BFA in printmaking was received from The Ohio State University in 2005; he subsequently attended the Savannah College of Art and Design, and in 2007 acquired an MFA in illustration. Bensch was a founding member of a cooperative student art gallery in Savannah, GA, called Red Kite Studio (now Little Beast). His freelance work has been seen on products with Barnes & Noble, Blik and Dept. 56. He currently designs pillows and throws for Targetʼs Threshold and RE brands; his past design work can be seen at Kohls, Home Depot and IKEA.
