It's important to always get a good stretch in before a long day of dancing and cheering on our favorite team! We start our game day morning practices at 7am at the stadium.
Here we are reviewing our starting line up dance, "Break a Sweat", during morning practice.
The MVC Captains surprised the team today with our team theme "For the Love, For the Bond, For the Team" displayed on a coffee mug, and a puzzle piece for each teammate to decorate for their MVC sister. The puzzle piece represents the unique personalities of each girl and how important each member is to the team. We would not be whole without all of the pieces to the puzzle!
