Time to start! Before every game the MVC run through the our game material and make sure we are ready for a perfect performance!

First tunnel of the year!  This is one of my favorite parts of game day. The MVC chant our pump up song seconds before we take the field. The energy in this tunnel is AMAZING!!

Meet the 20 MVC Junior Cheerleaders I got to spend the past week with, teaching them about hard work, confidence, leadership and everything that goes into being an MVC.
