The Vikings (2-1) will host the Lions (2-1) at noon (CT) Sunday at U.S. Bank Stadium.
This will be the first of two 2017 meetings between the long-time division rivals and the 112th contest in the series.
Vikings Legend Ahmad Rashad will sound the Gjallarhorn for the first time and be inducted to the Vikings Ring of Honor during halftime.
Generations of Vikings Legends — more than 100 players — will attend the game in celebration of the Vikings annual reunion weekend. Fans can welcome home the alumni during a Legends Walk that will start near the corner of Park and 5th at 10:30 a.m.
Fans should be aware that Interstate 35W (both directions) **will be closed** between Interstate 94 and Minnesota 62 (the Crosstown Expressway). Downtown Minneapolis also will have several streets near U.S. Bank Stadium closed for the Twin Cities Marathon. The downtown streets are scheduled to re-open between 9 and 9:30 a.m.

U.S. Bank Hometown Hero:During each home game, U.S. Bank and the Minnesota Vikings will recognize one individual who has helped make our community a better place. We will honor a Minnesotan who has gone to extraordinary measures.
Today's Hometown Hero is Terese Trekell, a kindergarten teacher at Gideon Pond Elementary School in Burnsville.

Beer, wine and the "Purple Passion" drink will be available for purchase in multiple locations. A bloody mary bar also will be open.

Chuck for Charity – The Vikings new social impact department will be raising money for the Minnesota Vikings Foundation by challenging fans to make a 30-yard throw to an inflatable target. Winners will receive prizes of varying types each game. The Minnesota Vikings Foundation also will be selling limited edition T-shirts specially designed for the Vikings-Lions game. The T-shirt costs are being covered by U.S. Bank so that all sales can go to the Minnesota Vikings Foundation.

There will be three food trucks on The Commons, offering a variety of options from the southern part of the eastern block of The Commons during pre-game activities.
