The Vikings on Wednesday claimed Brandon Bostick off waivers after his release this week by the Packers.
Bostick, a 6-foot-3, 250-pound tight end appeared in 24 regular season games in the past two seasons in Green Bay.
Originally signed by the Packers as an undrafted free agent out of Newberry College in 2012, he spent that season on the practice squad and was re-signed by Green Bay in January 2013.
Bostick has nine career catches for 123 yards (13.7 yards per catch) and two touchdowns on 18 targets. He had a 24-yard reception against Minnesota Nov. 24, 2013.
