EAGAN, Minn. — The Vikings on Saturday used a standard elevation to promote receiver Trishton Jackson from the practice squad to the active roster.
Jackson has been part of the team's practice squad since 2021 but is yet to appear in a regular-season game.
He will help round out the receivers group led by Justin Jefferson. The Vikings also have veterans K.J. Osborn and Brandon Powell, along with rookie Jordan Addison, who has caught a touchdown in each of his first two pro games.
Minnesota placed second-year pro Jalen Nailor on Injured Reserve this week because of a hamstring injury.
