The Vikings and 31 other NFL teams must reduce their rosters from 75 to 53 by 3 p.m. Saturday.

Some decisions will be tougher than others for coaches and the Vikings personnel department.

Asked about it after the preseason finale in Nashville Thursday night, Head Coach Mike Zimmer said, "Some of them we'll make early, and then some of them are late."

It's an annual process, and the previous season is not a carbon copy into the next, but here's a look at the numbers of players at each position from 2014:
