Chef Geji's Parsley Buttered Potatoes

5 lbs Yukon gold potatoes quartered
½ cup Butter melted
½ cup Parsley, fresh, chopped
Kosher salt, as needed
Black pepper, as needed
Lawrys seasoning salt, as needed
Preparation Steps:
Steam potatoes in steamer or boiling water until nice and tender. Once potatoes are done, place in a large mixing bowl. Add butter, salt, pepper, and a pinch of Lawry's seasoning salt (or as needed). Fold well together. Taste to adjust seasonings. Add parsley a little at a time (no need to add too much). Serve while hot.
