Profile
Summary:Kirk was a high school All-American and was Arizona's Gatorade Player of the Year in 2014 before going to Texas A&M. He made an immediate impact on both offense and special teams and continued that success in each of his three collegiate seasons. One of the nation's top punt returners over the past three years, Kirk took six punts back for scores during his time at Texas A&M.
**Lance Zierlein of NFL.com** wrote Kirk athleticism is a plus as he "is a well-built, mentally tough slot target whose game is built around pace more than explosiveness" Zierlein also complimented Kirk's ability to get open in space as "his footwork, route tempo and hands should give him an opportunity to find catches underneath."
Stacking up: NFL Media analyst **Bucky Brooks** listed Kirk as his second-ranked wide receiver, noting he is "smooth and explosive as a dynamic playmaker on the perimeter." NFL Media analyst **Mike Mayock** had Kirk as his No. 2 wide receiver before the combine but dropped him a spot after it. ESPN draft expert **Mel Kiper, Jr.,** listed Kirk as his fourth-ranked wide receiver in the draft.
All-purpose threat: Kirk's 4,838 combined yards rank third all-time in school history. He earned First-Team All-SEC honors as an all-purpose player in each of his three seasons with the Aggies.
