On the eve of the big game, Justin Jefferson made a big impact in the Big Easy.
Jefferson spent the week in New Orleans, just a 30-minute drive from his hometown of St. Rose, Louisiana, and made several appearances in advance of Super Bowl LIX.
On Saturday, the Vikings receiver dropped by The Oakley Icon Outpost to surprise a group of young football players.

Jefferson and Oakley teamed up on a donation to the access scholarship fund at Jefferson's hometown gym, Dynamic Performance Training. Vikings running back Aaron Jones, Sr., and Jefferson's older brother Jordan joined in the festivities, as well.
Jones, also an Oakley partner, made a few visits to the Oakley Icon Outpost throughout the week.

He and Jefferson were joined Saturday by the NOLA HOTBOY$, a New Orleans 7-on-7 football organization that works to provide high school athletes the exposure and knowledge needed to be D1 ready.
"Jets" received an electric welcome by the young men aspiring to follow in the Viking star's footsteps.
Jefferson spent time chatting and snapping photos with the athletes, and he shared his personal journey of resilience and dedication. He also spoke of the mindset required to excel as professionals, on and off the field.
