EAGAN, Minn. — The Vikings on Thursday announced the signing of defensive lineman Jonathan Harris to their practice squad.
To make room for Harris, the Vikings released cornerback Kelvin Joseph from the practice squad.
Harris originally entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent with the Chicago Bears following the 2019 NFL Draft out of Lindenwood University in Saint Charles, Missouri. He has spent time with the Bears, Denver Broncos, Miami Dolphins and Carolina Panthers during his NFL tenure, appearing in 40 games with nine starts, including playing in each of the Panthers past seven games in 2024.
He was waived by Carolina on Dec. 23.
A native of Aurora, Illinois, Harris has recorded 91 tackles, including seven for loss, 1.0 sack and seven QB hits in his career.
