EAGAN, Minn. — The Vikings on Thursday placed receiver Jalen Nailor on Injured Reserve.
Nailor was included on Wednesday's injury report as a limited participant.
So far, the second-year pro has played one snap on offense in 2023. He has, however, been making a larger impact on special teams as a gunner on the punt coverage team. Nailor has played 35 special teams snaps.
Nailor's placement on IR will cause him to miss at least four games before he could be an option to return.
The Vikings also announced the trade with the Rams for running back Cam Akers has been finalized. Akers arrived in Minnesota Thursday and passed a physical.
