Vikings Release Center Garrett Bradbury After 6 Seasons

RELEASED 2560x1440

EAGAN, Minn. — The Vikings released center Garrett Bradbury after six seasons, the team announced Monday.

Bradbury joined Minnesota as a first-round pick (18th overall in 2019) and started all 88 regular season games he played, including 39 consecutive to begin his career.

That run included becoming the first player in Vikings history to start 16 games at center as a rookie. He and Hall of Famer Mick Tingelhoff (14-game schedule in 1962) are the only Minnesota rookies to start every game of their debut campaigns.

Bradbury started every game in 2024 and played all 1,117 offensive snaps, topping his previous career best of 1,082 offensive snaps (all possible for the Vikings) in 2020.

He helped Minnesota make the playoffs in 2019, 2022 and 2024.

The decision to release Bradbury followed Minnesota agreeing to terms with veteran Ryan Kelly last week.
