The Vikings will host the Dolphins at 7 p.m. (CT) Thursday at U.S. Bank Stadium to close out both teams' 2017 preseason slate.
Here's a look at logistics, events and activities inside and outside of the second-year venue.
Delta Vikings Village opens:4:30 p.m.
Stadium gates open: 4:30 p.m.
Kickoff: 7 p.m.
A dedicated **core** **Skyway route** will be open from 4 p.m. until midnight.
On the airwaves & Web
Television: FOX 9 (Play-by-play: Paul Allen, Analyst: Pete Bercich; Sideline Reporters: Greg Coleman/Ben Leber)
Radio: KFAN 100.3-FM in the Twin Cities and across the five-state Vikings Radio Network will carry the simulcast at 7 p.m. and a pre-game show with Mike Mussman at 5 p.m.
Social media: The Vikings will lead #Minnesocial17, a night that features additional social media integrations to our in-stadium show and TV broadcast. Follow the Vikings Snapchat and Instagram accounts to see unique content just for this game.
Fans will be able to submit questions for Vikings General Manager Rick Spielman, who will step into the broadcast booth during the third quarter, by using #AskRick.

Vikings SKOL Chant**
The Vikings will continue the "Vikings SKOL Chant," a version of the "Vikings War Chant" that was made famous by the Iceland men's national soccer team after its return from the Euro 2016 this summer. Aron Gunnarsson, the captain of Iceland's national team, and Thor Bjornsson, a native Icelander and "The Mountain" from Game of Thrones, helped pass along this new tradition in the regular-season opener. Vikings alumni and military members in uniform will be featured.
Vikings Cheerleaders Alumni Performance
The pre-game performance will feature 175 alumni cheerleaders who cheered for the Vikings in seasons from 1961-83. The women represent the Pom Pom Girls, Edina Hornettes, Roosevelt Rockettes and St. Louis Park Parkettes.
Color Guard: Minnesota Fire Department Honor Guard
Gjallarhorn: Mark Sharockman, son of the late original Vikings CB Ed Sharockman, a member of the "50 Greatest Vikings"
National Anthem: Nicholas David, an Eagan native who was on the third season of NBC's The Voice

U.S. Bank Hometown Hero:During each home game, U.S. Bank and the Minnesota Vikings will recognize one individual who has helped make our community a better place. We will honor a Minnesotan who has gone to extraordinary measures.
Tonight's Hometown Hero is Charles Rucker, a fire engineer for the Minneapolis Fire Department. Rucker has worked for the MFD for more than 17 years. He also is the President of the Minneapolis African American Professional Firefighters Association and a mentor to youth.
Autographs:
Vikings Legends will sign autographs from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at multiple locations inside and outside of U.S. Bank Stadium and in the Delta Vikings Village. Autographs are subject to change at any time and without notice.

The Delta Vikings Village will be open from 4:30-7 p.m. on Sunday to fans with and without tickets.
Partner activation:
CenturyLink, Hyundai, Hy-Vee, Mills Fleet Farm, Medtronic, Minnesota Lottery, Mystic Lake, Twin Cities Orthopedics and U.S. Bank are scheduled to have fan engagement areas.

The Vikings Locker Room Store will have two merchandise trucks located in the Delta Vikings Village.
Activities on The Commons:

Magician and juggler —A magician and a juggler* *will perform on The Commons stage between 4:30-6:30 p.m. and make their way around the park.
Face Painters – Unique and classic face-painting opportunities provided for fans of all ages
QB Challenge – Throw to your favorite targets: Kyle Rudolph, Jerick McKinnon and Stefon Diggs
Inflatable Obstacle Course – Climb walls, dodge defenders and finish by going down the slide
Play 60 Zone – Put your skills to the test and learn new ways to stay active
Giant Inflatable Bag Toss – How many bags in a row can you make?
Giveaways – The first 1,000 fans will receive a 2017 poster and schedule card
Chuck for Charity – The Vikings new social impact department will be raising money for the Vikings Foundation by challenging fans to make a 30-yard throw to an inflatable target. Winners will receive prizes of varying types each game.
Social Impact Partner of the Game – March of Dimes will be handing out purple beads to help raise awareness about prematurely born babies. They will be roaming The Commons and will also have information available at their tent located near the stage.
Food Vendors –There will be three food trucks on The Commons, offering a variety of options.
First Aid:
A First Aid tent will be located on the southeast end of The Commons at the corner of South 5th Street and Park Avenue.
