Norv Turner // Offensive Coordinator // 30th Year Coaching // 1st Year with Vikings

• Norv Turner enters his 30th season of NFL coaching in 2014 and his 1st as Offensive Coordinator of the Vikings. A veteran head coach and coordinator, Turner has 15 seasons as a head coach under his belt and as offensive coordinator for Dallas he helped the Cowboys win Super Bowl XXVII (vs. Buffalo, 1992) and XXVIII (vs. Buffalo, 1993).
• With Cleveland in 2013, Browns WR Josh Gordon led the NFL with 1,646 yards and 9 TDs on 87 catches in only 14 games, doubling his yardage output from the season before.
• Turner most recently served as offensive coordinator in Cleveland for the 2013 season and has 8 total previous seasons as a coordinator- Dallas (1991-93), San Diego (2001), Miami (2002-03), San Francisco (2006) and Cleveland (2013).
• His 3 stints as a head coach came with Washington (1994-2000), Oakland (2004-05) and San Diego (2007-12). Turner has amassed a 114-122-1 record in the regular season as a head coach and has a 4-4 mark in post-season play, earning playoff berths in 4 seasons as head coach.
• During his head coaching career Turner has won 4 division titles, adding 3 more division crowns as an assistant and 7 more playoff seasons as an assistant. Turner won his 100th career game as a head coach in the 2011 season opener against Minnesota in San Diego.
• Since 2007, Turner's teams have ranked in the NFL's top 5 in offensive points 3 times and the 2010 Chargers notched the #1 offense in the league with a 395.6 yard per game output.
• Turner's system has produced the NFL's leading rusher on 5 different occasions- Emmitt Smith (1991-93), Ricky Williams (2002) and LaDainian Tomlinson (2007).
• Since 1991 when Turner joined Dallas as offensive coordinator (23 seasons), he has had backs rush for 1,000 yards 15 times and boasted a 1,000 yard receiver 15 times. In 10 of those seasons, Turner's offenses have produced a 1,000 rusher and receiver in the same season and he has had a pair of 1,000 receivers on a team 2 times.

Jeff Davidson // Offensive Line // 19th Year Coaching // 4th Year with Vikings

• Davidson enters his 4th year with the Minnesota Vikings in 2014 in the same role as the previous 3 seasons. His reputation for technical expertise and fitting schemes to personnel has proved effective as he has guided offensive lines that have paved the way for an NFL top-8 rushing attack each of the past 6 seasons.
• The 2013 Vikings saw Adrian Peterson earn his 6th Pro Bowl berth in his 7 NFL seasons, break the 1,000-yard mark for the 6th time and score 10 rushing TDs for the 7th time despite missing 2 of the final 3 games of the season.
• In Peterson's absence, the club turned to former 3rd-stringer Matt Asiata to make his 1st career starts in wins over playoff-bound Philadelphia and against Detroit. Asiata tied a team record with 3 rushing TDs, his 1st career scores, against Philadelphia and notch his 1st career 100-yard day with a 115-yard effort against Detroit's #6-ranked rushing defense.
• During the Vikings 2012 playoff campaign, Davidson's offensive line group proved to be a consistent provider paving the way for Adrian Peterson's 2,097 rushing yard season with the same 5 starting offensive line all season.
• Following a 4-season NFL playing career that was cut short by injury, Davidson broke into coaching with New Orleans as a volunteer assistant and offensive assistant with the Saints in 1995-96.
• Davidson played his final NFL season for New Orleans in 1994 after beginning his career as a 5th-round draft pick by Denver in 1990. In 1991 and 1992 he was a 16-game starter for the Broncos as LT and LG respectively, helping the team advance to the AFC title game in 1991 while protecting Hall of Famer John Elway's blind side.

Klint Kubiak // Assistant Wide Receivers / Quality Control // 5th Year Coaching // 2nd Year with Vikings

• Kubiak joined the NFL and Vikings in 2013, will return for his 2nd season in Minnesota. Kubiak brings unique experience to the staff in his first NFL coaching experience. Kubiak will assist Norv Turner and the offensive staff as the Offensive Quality Control Coach and assist George Stewart with the WRs.
• Kubiak, who spent a majority of his time working with the WRs in 2013, saw a balanced group of WRs make strides over the season.
• Greg Jennings led the team with 68 receptions for 804 yards and 4 TDs while adding a career-high 11 receptions vs. Philadelphia (12/15/14) with a season-high 163 receiving yards. Jerome Simpson turned in a career-high 726 receiving yards with 1 TD on 48 receptions. Rookie WR Cordarrelle Patterson blossomed late in the season and became one of the most dangerous players in the NFL with the ball in his hands.
• Kubiak, who is the son of Baltimore Ravens Offensive Coordinator Gary Kubiak, spent 3 seasons on staff at Texas A&M. Kubiak served in multiple capacities in his time at College Station.
• Kubiak played DB at Colorado State from 2005-09. Kubiak, named a team captain for the Rams in 2009, was invited to the East-West Shrine game. Kubiak also earned an invite to the Washington Redskins rookie minicamp in May of 2010. While at Texas A&M, Kubiak graduated with a master's degree in Human Resource Development in 2012.

Kevin Stefanski // Tight Ends // 10th Year Coaching // 9th Year with Vikings

• Makes the adjustment to TEs coach after serving as the Vikings Assistant QBs the past 5 seasons.
• Worked with 2 QBs that were new to the Vikings system in 2013, Josh Freeman (1 start) and Matt Cassel (6 starts). Cassel led the Vikings with 1,807 passing yards, 11 TDs and an 81.6 passer rating.
• In 2012 helped with the growth and development of Christian Ponder, who helped lead the Vikings to a 4-0 record in the month of December to earn a playoff spot.
• In his first season as Assistant QBs coach in 2009 helped the Vikings to one of the most successful offensive performances in franchise history. Stefanski and the offensive staff helped veteran free agent QB Brett Favre mesh with the offense despite joining the team in mid-August.
• Spent his first 3 seasons with the Vikings as the Assistant to the Head Coach.
• Stefanski worked for one season at his alma mater, Pennsylvania, as their Assistant Director of Football Operations.
• Played 4 seasons as a Defensive Back at Pennsylvania (2000-04), during one of the best stretches in the history of the football program. As a captain his senior year, he led the Quakers to a 10-0 record, the program's first undefeated season in a decade.

George Stewart // Wide Receivers // 32nd Year Coaching // 8th Year with Vikings

• Coach Stewart will be leading the Vikings Wide Receivers for the 8th straight season in 2014.
• Stewart helped rookie Cordarrelle Patterson finish the 2013 strong and become one of the most dangerous players in the NFL. Patterson's 4 receiving TDs were tied for 1st on the team and he finished with 3 receiving TDs in the final 4 games.
• Patterson became the 1st player in NFL history to record 4 receiving TDs, 3 rushing TDs, and 2 KR TDs in a single-season.
• The 3 rushing TDs by Patterson broke a team-record for most rushing TDs in a season by a WR. His 50-yard rushing TD versus Detroit (12/29/13) was the longest scoring rush by a WR in franchise history.
• WR Jerome Simpson recorded a career-high 726 receiving yards in 2013.
• Stewart has been a part of 8 playoffs teams and has coached in 3 NFC Championship Games.
• As the Vikings WR coach, Stewart has helped Percy Harvin win Rookie of the Year honors along with Pro Bowl honors. WR Sidney Rice also made his only Pro Bowl appearance in 2009 under Stewart's tutelage. While in San Francisco, WR Terrell Owens would be named All-Pro and be selected to the Pro Bowl from 2000-2002.
• The 2009 Vikings became only the 2nd team in NFL history to have 6 players catch 40 passes in a season.
• Stewart coached under Lou Holtz at the University of Minnesota from 1984-85 as the Offensive Line Coach.
• Was a standout offensive guard for the Arkansas Razorbacks from 1977-80. Appeared in 4 straight bowl games and captured the 1979 Southwest Conference title. Named to the Arkansas Team of the Decade for the 1970s.

Scott Turner // Quarterbacks // 10th Year Coaching // 1st Year with Vikings

• Spent the 2013 season as the WR coach for the Cleveland Browns, guiding the NFL's top receiver, Josh Gordon, who finished with 1,646 receiving yards. Gordon earned Pro Bowl honors and was named 1st-Team All-Pro by AP and PFWA following the 2013 season.
• Received first NFL experience as Carolina Panthers Offensive Quality Control Coach in 2011-12, helping the Panthers offense jump from last in the NFL in 2010 in total offense to 7th in 2011 by averaging 126.0 more yards per game.
• Coached current 49ers WR Jonathan Baldwin, a 2011 1st-round pick (#26 overall) in his 3 seasons as an assistant at University of Pittsburgh, two as an offensive assistant and his last as the WR coach.
• First coaching experience came as a Graduate Assistant at Oregon State in 2005.
• Played Quarterback at UNLV from 2002-04.

Kirby Wilson // Running Backs // 27th Year Coaching // 1st Year with Vikings

• Comes to Minnesota after serving as the Pittsburgh Steelers RBs coach for the past 7 seasons.
• Has coached 4 of the top-25 RBs in NFL history (Emmitt Smith, Curtis Martin, Edgerrin James and Thomas Jones).
• Worked with Steelers rookie RB Le'Veon Bell in 2013. Despite missing the first 3 games of the season, Bell's 1,259 scrimmage yards broke a franchise rookie record.
• Coached Steelers RB Rashard Mendenhall to back-to-back 1,000-yard rushing seasons in 2009-2010.
• The Steelers rushing attack finished 3rd in the NFL in 2007 averaging 135.5 yards per game.
• Won Super Bowl XXXVII with Tampa Bay following the 2002 and Super Bowl XLIII with Pittsburgh after the 2008 season. Appeared in Super Bowl XLV with the Steelers following the 2010 season, a 31-25 loss to Green Bay.
• Has had 7 players rush for 1,000-plus yards in a season during his 17-year NFL coaching career.
• Was a RB/WR at Pasadena Community College (1979-80) and University of Illinois (1981-82) before playing 2 seasons (1983-84) in the Canadian Football League.
