EAGAN, Minn. — The Vikings on Wednesday announced they have activated running back Dalvin Cook from the Reserve/COVID-19 list.
Cook is eligible to return to Twin Cities Orthopedics Performance Center to begin preparing for Minnesota's game at Green Bay on Sunday Night Football.
Cook has rushed 226 times for 1,067 yards and six scores this season. In Weeks 14-15, he totaled 55 rushes for 294 yards and two scores.

This will be Cook's seventh Border Battle. He's rushed 104 times for 520 yards and seven touchdowns against the Packers. Last season at Lambeau Field, Cook totaled 163 rushing yards and three touchdowns on 30 carries while adding two receptions for 63 yards, which included a 50-yard score on a screen pass.
The Vikings on Wednesday also announced that rookie defensive end Patrick Jones II has been placed on the Reserve/COVID-19 list and defensive back Tye Smith has been restored to the Vikings practice squad. Smith had been on the Practice Squad Reserve/COVID-19 list.
