Collecting Applications for North Dakota Organization Plate

We are collecting the first 50 applications for a North Dakota Organization Plate! Please download and complete the application and email to foundation@vikings.nfl.net or mail to Minnesota Vikings Foundation 2600 Vikings Circle Eagan, MN 55121. Payment must be sent via check made payable to NDDOT and should be mailed to Minnesota Vikings Foundation 2600 Vikings Circle Eagan, MN 55121.

The first 50 applications and payments will be mailed a special gift from the Vikings Foundation to thank you for your support! Once 50 applications are received, North Dakota Department of Transportation will produce and mail you your Minnesota Vikings Foundation North Dakota license plate!
