Welcome to the regular season finale of the Vikings Postgame Report from Soldier Field. The Minnesota Vikings led wire-to-wire in Chicago, capping off their thirteenth win of the season, the most since 2017. The first half of the game saw many Vikings starters in the game, including K.J. Osborn who had a stellar 5 receptions for 117 yards total. Alexander Mattison made the most of his 10 carries, finishing with 54 yards and 2 rushing touchdowns. Overall, the Vikings Offense finished the day with 482 total yards. Defensively, Patrick Jones II notched another sack, both Patrick Peterson and Duke Shelley snagged interceptions, and Josh Metellus recorded three pass deflections. It was a well-rounded effort in all phases and the Vikings now switch their sights to hosting a playoff game next week at U.S. Bank Stadium.
