Vikings Postgame Report: The Vikings Fall To The Rams 30-20 On TNF, Head Home To Face The Colts - Wk 8

Welcome to the Vikings Postgame Report. The Minnesota Vikings fell to the Los Angeles Rams 30-20 at Sofi Stadium on Thursday Night Football.

The Vikings and the Rams started off the game by trading a couple of touchdowns each in the first half. Will Reichard hit two field goals for the Vikings, one in each of the 3rd and 4th quarters. Matt Stafford led the Rams by hitting WR Demarcus Robinson for 2 touchdowns and L.A. wrapped up the game with a safety of Sam Darnold late in the 4th quarter. Sam Darnold finished 18-of-25 passing for 240 yards, and 2 TD's. Darnold's touchdown throws went to Josh Oliver and Trent Sherfield Sr. respectively. Aaron Jones led the Vikings rushing attack with 58 yards and Justin Jefferson had 8 receptions for 155 yards. Will Reichard remained perfect with 2 successful field goals and 2 PAT's on the night. Up next, the Vikings come home to U.S. Bank Stadium in Week 9 to face the Indianapolis Colts on Nov 3rd.
